Student OMNY Cards
TNS students are eligible for free OMNY cards that provide public transit access throughout New York City.
What You Get
- 4 free rides per day on NYC subways and buses
- Year-round access – including weekends, holidays, and summer
- Works on all MTA subway and bus lines
How to Get a Card
OMNY cards are distributed through the school office. If your child needs a new card, contact:

Replacement Cards
If your child’s card is lost, damaged, or stolen, a replacement can be requested through the school office. Please allow 48 hours for replacement card processing.
Important Reminders
- OMNY cards are for student use only
- Cards must be tapped at the turnstile or bus reader (not swiped)
- Report lost or stolen cards promptly to the school office
- Cards are reloaded automatically – there is nothing families need to do to maintain the card
